Shipping

We ship worldwide with UkrPoshta - domestic shipping company of Ukraine. Shipping time varies depending on destination country, but usually takes up to four days.
Please allow 14 days for your order to be processed for shipping. The process of creating one set takes 12-14 days and begins immediately after placing an order. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery is carried out at the expense of the buyer.

• We ship from Bucha or Kyiv
• We process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
• If you need any assistance with your order, please check your spam filter or contact us for immediately at survivors.bucha@gmail.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
• Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct adress. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Returns

We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Buchan Coin and wish to return it for refund, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery.
